Our organization offers programs for profit and non-profit groups. We customize each programs to meet each client's unique needs and goals. No horse experience is needed and there will be no riding involved. Every aspect of the program is competed on the ground and detailed safety instructions will be covered with each participant.
The Horse Experience is a
hands on adventure in learning and team building. By incorporating the
authenticity of a horse's feedback, we can assist your team in developing and
enhancing certain skills and personal attributes. Your team members will learn to create positive relationships based on effective communication. They will enhance their leadership skills, creativity, awareness, confidence, decision making, conflict resolution skills and problem solving tools. Our program will engage your team to effectively work together, identify group dynamics and remove barriers that once blocked open communication.
